Saval and burns care

Children with burns have suffered a major trauma. The shock of the accident is often followed by a prolonged, painful treatment. And once the wounds have healed, they usually leave visible scars behind. Hospitals and burn centers provide optimum medical care. But more can and must happen outside the hospital before these children are themselves again. Saval wants to help ensure that the scars from the fire do not go deeper than the skin. Saval's support helped to start the construction of the most child-friendly dressing changing room in Europe at the Martini Hospital in Groningen. Our continued support has since contributed to various activities and projects organized for the children.
